There’s some wintry weather expected in the Grey Bruce region today.
Environment Canada has issued a winter weather travel advisory for the the region, with 5-15 centimetres of snow and possibly freezing rain in the forecast.
“Snow associated with a major winter storm is expected to move into portions of southern Ontario this morning. Snow may be heavy at times with a risk of freezing rain. The snow is expected to change to rain tonight as temperatures rise above the freezing mark,” Environment Canada says in its advisory.
There’s a snowfall warning for the Bruce Peninsula, where 15-plus centimetres is expected to fall.
