South Bruce OPP say once all the stranded vehicles are removed from Highway 21 north of Kincardine, plows can begin clearing the snow and treating the road.
As of 12:30 p.m. Monday, Highway 21 was still closed from Kincardine to Jackson.
OPP say over the past weekend, they charged nine drivers with driving on closed road.
