High speed internet access is just weeks away for the Gobles Grove neighbourhood of Saugeen Shores.
Bruce Telecom is expecting that their neighbourhood will have access to the improved service before the summer season.
The company is making the announcement after six months of construction to install more than 11 kilometres of fibre optic technology in the area.
The introduction of high-speed fibre optic will enhance internet connectivity for nearly 400 homes and businesses.
Bruce Telecom says that the upgrade to fibre optic service is free for all Bruce Telecom customers, while new customers can also take advantage.
The telecommunications company is also inviting property owners in the Gobles Grove area to sign a consent form that will allow the construction company to access their property to help prepare for easy connection to the new technology.
Bruce Telecom will also be offering Digital TV service and home phone options in addition to high-speed internet service.
