Hobart are the 2024-25 Owen Sound Puffer Hockey League champions.
They beat Gary Byers Sound & Lighting 3-2 in Saturday’s final. Scott Ramage, Joe Carder and Rod Cayley had the goals. Kris Publuske scored both for GBSL.
The game-winner came on a power play with less than two minutes to go in the game.
That was one of three games played Saturday at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre to wrap up the Puffer League season.
Smith-Tel beat Hometown Sports 3-1 in the consolation game.
And Thom Construction won the “Goodwill Game” 6-0 over Natural Edge.
