Mission Zimbabwe’s annual Harvest Dinner and Auction event is going ahead this year with different dining options in the interest of safety during the pandemic.
The initiative, which started in 2007, raises money to support the children at the Village of Hope and Vimbainesu Children’s Home in Zimbabwe.
Organizer Barry Mutrie says this year, there will be three sittings with a limit of 50 people, plus takeout meals.
The sittings are Friday at 6 p.m., Saturday at noon and Saturday at 6 p.m. at the Hope Community Church in Hanover.
Tickets are $25. You can buy them online at hopecc.ca or call Barry Mutrie at 519-270-4461. You can also buy them at the church.
