Provincial Police say one person died in a two-vehicle crash south of Port Elgin on Sunday.
Saugeen Shores police, firefighters and Bruce County paramedics responded to a collision just after 10:30 a.m. on Highway 21 involving a van and a sport utility vehicle.
The OPP say a passenger from the SUV was taken to a local hospital and pronounced dead.
The driver of the SUV was airlifted to London for treatment of serious injuries.
Highway 21 was closed between Bruce County Road 40 and Concession 2 in Saugeen Township.
South Bruce OPP say the collision investigation is ongoing.
