Bruce County Public Library is kicking off this year’s Summer Reading Club at the Walkerton Library branch.
The event will have a foam party, an exhibit of Wild Ontario’s Birds of Prey show, and the opportunity to learn some Jedi moves with a Star Warrior from Inspiring Imaginations.
The event will be on June 15th from 10-3.
The Library is excited to see what this summer will bring after a record-breaking 2023. Last year, 549 people took part, with 20% more children taking part for longer than 30 minutes.
Anyone wishing to participate in the Summer Reading Club can enroll using the Beanstack app.
The Summer Reading Club runs until August 23rd.
