The Town of South Bruce Peninsula is now offering access to a beach wheelchair in Wiarton.
A social media post from the Town says, “We are proud to be a welcoming and inclusive community, continuously striving to make our facilities accessible for everyone.”
The mobi-chair will allow access the water at Bluewater Park in Wiarton.
To book the chair, email parksandrecreation@southbrucepeninsula.com.
The Town says the chair can be reserved once per day, with the pickup point at the municipal campground office in Bluewater Park.
