The Bruce has been championing local musicians from Tobermory to Walkerton since we first hit the air. Now it’s time to crown… The Ultimate Bruce County Rock Star!
Lakeshore Recreation, Port Elgin. Thursday, September 26. The first ever Bruce Battle of the Bands.
The top 4 have been decided, and they will strut their stuff in front of our panel of distinguished judges for a chance at winning:
- A $3,000 recording session from Tristan Roedger Music
- A guitar from Axe N’ Gear Walkerton
- $1,000 in cold hard cash
- The Ultimate Bruce County Rock Star champions’ trophy from Good Things Port Elgin
- …and a bevy of other goodies!
Oh, and did we mention? The winner gets first dibs at being the party band at next year’s Bruce Birthday Bash – and will be played on our station!
All proceeds go to Nawash Warriors and Saugeen Stars Little Native Hockey League Fundraising committees.
