Bruce County has completed surface improvements to the Rail Trail between Paisley and Bruce Road 40.
The multi-use trail is about 80 kilometres in length and extends from Port Elgin to the Huron-Bruce Road, and from Port Elgin to Bruce Nuclear Power.
The county says the surface treatment comes as the trail has been undergoing resurfacing in recent years.
The remaining section from Bruce Road 40 and the Mill Creek Bridge in Port Elgin is slated for completion in 2023.
